We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Payroll Administrator to join our team in Carlisle. The role involves working within a small enthusiastic payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Manager. You will ensure that payroll support is offered and queries are responded to.

Experience of Coins would be advantageous, but full training will be given where necessary. Excellent IT and communication skills, previous office administration experience, and the ability to work well in a busy environment are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking and processing timesheets
  • Inputting statutory information into the payroll system
  • Recording all types of absences
  • Reconciling PAYE and pension payments

Normal hours of work will be 24 per week.
