The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. You will manage project costs from concept to completion and through to the end of defects liability, overseeing contractual commitments, challenging, and supporting to identify best value solutions.
With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have relevant qualifications.
- Experience of NEC4 Forms of Contract.
- Experience of Cost Value Reconciliations, Cost Planning and Forecasting.
- Experience of working within the rail industry, infrastructure, civils and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Ability to develop close relationships, particularly with the key influencers for the Project.
- A well organised and disciplined approach, demonstrating the ability to accurately analyse and report on information gained.
- Confidence to work on own initiative with good planning and preparation skills.
