About the Role
Our construction division is a leading provider of specialist building and civil engineering services. This position offers personal development and growth opportunities within an expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Learn to manage all cost relating to projects from initial calculations to final figures.
- Seek to minimise project costs and enhance value for money while ensuring all company standards and quality are maintained.
- Support learning for a Quantity Surveying degree on a part‑time basis over five years.
- Based at our Carlisle offices with regular site visits. A driving licence is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong A-level results in Maths/Science based subjects or the equivalent.
- IT competency.
- Organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stay calm as deadlines approach.
- Good organisational skills.
- Enjoy mathematics.
