We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Pre‑Construction Administrator to support our growing work‑winning function.

Responsibilities
- Manage client procurement and tender portals, including downloading, organising and distributing tender documentation.
- Monitor client portals for clarifications, addenda and tender queries, ensuring bid teams are informed and actions are tracked.
- Compile and upload compliant tender submissions and supporting documentation.
- Complete standard tender questionnaires and administrative submission requirements.
- Prepare mandatory documentation including forms of tender, declarations and confidentiality agreements.
- Support estimating and commercial teams with data management, pricing schedules and report generation.
- Monitor opportunity portals and industry sources for new tender opportunities.
- Produce Bid/No‑Bid summaries and support management review processes.
- Maintain business pipeline information and support monthly forecasting activities.
- Manage and update Share Point bid libraries, templates and business development information.
- Provide general administrative support across the wider pre‑construction, estimating and commercial functions.
You will be an organised and proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
You will enjoy working as part of a team, building strong working relationships and supporting colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
You should take pride in producing accurate work, meet demanding deadlines and be willing to take ownership of responsibilities.
Qualifications
