As part of a team of Quantity Surveyors and reporting to the Lead Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project costs from concept to completion. You will oversee contractual commitments and challenge and support to identify best value solutions. With excellent communication skills, you will be client focused with the ability to build and manage effective relationships with multiple stakeholders, internal colleagues and supply chain partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ideally hold a commercial qualification and have extensive contract knowledge as well as CVR and Reporting experience. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within civil engineering sectors.

The Ideal Candidate will:
- Hold a degree level qualification
- Be actively working towards chartership with RCIS or CICES
- Bring previous experience of working within rail, infrastructure and civil engineering sectors.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Exhibit a well organised and disciplined approach, demonstrating the ability to accurately analyse and report on information gained
- Show confidence to work on own initiative with good planning and preparation skills
