Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the full construction operation including the control and organisation of labour and sub-contractors, health & safety, preparing for site inspections and programming site activities. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with site experience, who is pro-active and ambitious and ready to take the next step in their career. The right person in this role will give the ability to make a real difference to the construction team and full support will be given, including developing IT skills necessary for the role.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Have construction site experience.
- 5-day SMSTS and CSCS card.
- Experience supervising a site team would be advantageous.
- First aid certificate.
- Good communication skills and a strong team worker.
