We are looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control and contract management from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project costs, valuations, and final accounts
- Monitor budgets, risks, and performance
- Procure and manage subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contracts and processes
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
About you
- QS or commercial experience in construction/infrastructure
- Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and organised approach
