We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimate to join our London Team working on bids across the South & Central Region.
The Role
To lead and manage the complete production of tender submissions to the highest possible standard to win work.
Assist with the development of a tendering strategy to align with the business strategy for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully lead the estimate production for your allocated workflow
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the tender process.
- Lead and promote a client focused culture throughout the estimating function.
- Lead and develop junior members of the estimating team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate
- Typically, HNC qualified in civil engineering/rail or 5+ years’ on‑site experience.
- IT skills Windows Office suite to experienced level.
- Suitable industry experience.
- Estimating experience at senior level.
- Be confident, dynamic, willing to learn with leadership skills.
- Analytical person with attention to detail a must.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Presentation skills to audiences such as clients, colleagues, and executive team.
