Story Cellar is looking for a hands-on and inspiring leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation and delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest within a bustling and welcoming restaurant environment. Inspired by the rotisseries and brasseries of Paris, Story Cellar combines charcoal cooking, classic dishes and a sophisticated wine programme with creative flair and counter-style dining.

General Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant leader within a high-quality, high-volume restaurant environment is absolutely essential
- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire large front of house teams
- Possess a genuine passion for hospitality alongside excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Experienced in managing financial performance, recruitment, team development, stock management and health and safety
- Strong operational and organisational skills with the ability to lead a busy restaurant service
- A natural host with exceptional guest relation skills and attention to detail
- Warm, friendly and humble personality
- Enthusiastic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Calm and professional under pressure within a fast-paced restaurant environment
