Story Cellar is looking for an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading our restaurant and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role for an ambitious hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the business in the General Manager's absence.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will help drive service standards, team development, operational excellence and commercial performance, while fostering a friendly, creative and inspiring restaurant culture. Inspired by the rotisseries and brasseries of Paris, Story Cellar combines charcoal cooking, classic dishes and a sophisticated wine programme with creative flair and counter-style dining.
