Role
We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Designer/Art Director to join our Creative team. You’ll be bringing your skills and passion to a busy creative department to produce idea‑led advertising and comms across some amazing brands. Working with copywriters, and guided by our creative directors, you’ll deliver visual concepts for on and offline campaigns, then bring those ideas to life in beautifully crafted executions.
What you'll bring:
Technical Expertise- Creative Cloud mastery: Confident working across Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to bring ideas to life with precision and flair.
- Multi-platform know-how: Solid understanding of both print and digital production, ensuring assets are crafted to the highest standard for every output.
- Commercial awareness: A smart, considered approach to commissioning external partners - from illustrators and photographers to animators, directors and production companies - always balancing creative excellence with agency profitability.
- Self-driven and adaptable: A motivated self‑starter who can juggle multiple projects while managing time effectively.
