Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the leadership skills necessary to drive team performance and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and exceed KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales assistants and supervisors
  • Own the store revenue, costs, wages, and shrinkage
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences every single day
  • Manage stock, merchandising, and in-store campaigns
  • Ensure full health & safety and compliance at all times
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and training materials

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years in retail, including 2+ years in a management role
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Natural ability to motivate and grow a team
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communicator, highly organised, calm under pressure
  • POS/inventory system experience is a plus
