Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, a passion for customer service, and the leadership skills necessary to drive team performance and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and exceed KPIs
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales assistants and supervisors
- Own the store revenue, costs, wages, and shrinkage
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every single day
- Manage stock, merchandising, and in-store campaigns
- Ensure full health & safety and compliance at all times
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, sharing best practices and training materials
Qualifications & Experience
