We are working with an innovative and forward-thinking business who have just acquired a group of companies and are currently restructuring the finance department and providing more support to the team as they go through the next round of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across the finance function.
  • Assist with financial data entry and record maintenance.
  • Support documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
  • Assist the Accounts Payable role with supplier invoice administration where required.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable role with billing administration and payment processing tasks where appropriate.
  • Support routine finance tasks that help ensure billing and supplier payments operate smoothly.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and financial data checks.
  • Support the preparation of financial data required for reporting processes.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

The right person will have strong communication skills, either a recent graduate (finance specific degrees) or AAT studier who has at least 6 - 12 months experience, but not essential.
