This expanding and forward-thinking business are adding a Senior Accounts Assistant to their team, to work closely with the Management Accountant.
You will take full responsibility for all aspects of transactional accounting, adding variety to an interesting role:
- Regular and timely bank and balance sheet reconciliation
- Maintenance of the Fixed Asset register
- Accounts Payable - including supplier statement reconciliation, payment runs and query resolution
- Review and maintain Direct Debit schedules and leases
- Support Management Accountant with month-end process - journals, reconciliations and supporting documentation
- Cover for Accounts Receivable
Applicants must be able to commute to Hendon on a daily basis (100% office based) and possess relevant experience in the above duties. You should also have solid Excel skills (Pivot Tables and Vlookups).
