Based in Shoreditch, London
Hybrid: 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day WFH (at least for the first 6 months, then 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days WFH)
Our client is a going through an exciting period of growth and looking for an experienced HR and office operations professional who is ideally has a CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD Level 3/5 and can deliver practical advice across the employee lifecycle while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Core Responsibilities Include
- HR & Employee Relations: Manages day-to-day people matters and routine employee relations cases using employment law and company policy.
- Balanced Judgement: Balances positive employee experience, policy consistency, and business needs while escalating high-risk issues.
- Office Management: Organizes and runs core daily office operations efficiently.
- Culture & Value: Supports and adds value to the company culture for managers and employees alike.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years' experience in HR/People, ideally in a generalist or advisory role and practical experience supporting employee relations cases.
The role will involve advising line managers on people matters so strong communications is a must
