With an established and respected People function, this is a vital role in the day to day running of the organisation for its staff. Key duties include:

  • Full administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle management process
  • Build relationships throughout the business, with leadership and employees throughout the spectrum
  • Drive an exceptional employee journey experience through A grade customer service and interaction with HR Ops
  • Recruitment Coordination and Administration
  • Ongoing upkeep and management of employee journey data and reporting via extensive interaction with the HRIS
  • General HR Administration to support the team
