This market leading business is actively seeking an HR Business Partner, in a newly created and exciting, dynamic role. This is a highly respected business in their field, undergoing an exciting period of change and growth and one that truly values their people. The HR team are now tasked with taking them to places that others in their sector don’t go, which makes this genuine Partnering role a tremendous opportunity to make a difference and get out into the business – not just a job title to attract candidates! We’re considering candidates across a breadth of backgrounds although it would be helpful to be able to demonstrate experience from a fast paced, high volume and change driven organisation, preferably within an environment that sees a mix of both blue and white collar workforces. Sound ER experience is a must, as while caseloads are not high in volume, confidence and depth of knowledge to educate and consult Senior leaders is a pre-requisite of the role.
