This market leading business in a hyper growth industry is actively seeking a generalist HR Business Partner, in a newly created and exciting, dynamic role.
This is a highly respected business in their field, undergoing an exciting period of growth and the HR team are now tasked with creating great policy, process and employee experience while the business scales - creating this progressive, operationally based partnering role in a permanent job where there are unquestionably opportunities for the successful candidate to develop.
We're considering candidates across a breadth of backgrounds although it would be essential to be able to demonstrate experience from a fast paced, change driven organisation, preferably within an environment that sees a mix of both blue and white collar workforces.
The role will see the incumbent being involved in generalist/lifecycle duties, including ownership and delivery on most ER matters, but will also see extensive exposure to the business, advising and building relationships with leaders to improve the commercial running of the business via HR best practice.
