Financial AccountantHertfordUp to £42,000 per annum (plus excellent benefits) Full time; 37.5 hours per week; 9:00am-5:00pmThe requirement to work full time onsite. Working for a reputable local employer of choice, this role is a great opportunity to join a well-known organisation on a full time, permanent basis. The key purpose of the role is to ensure that each account in the nominal ledger is reconciled regularly, allowing reports to be reliable, clear and accurate records of the financial activity of the organisation. It will be expected that the Financial Accountant produces information quickly at the end of each reporting period and must be confident in its accuracy. These reports will be scrutinised by internal and external stakeholders and any further information or clarification should be provided in a timely manner, as required. Accuracy and attention to detail are key skills to succeed. The post-holder will be required to process large volumes of information and adhere to strict deadlines. It is also important to be able to build internal and external working relationships with discretion and professional courtesy. Confidentiality is essential throughout.
