Start your career in finance. StormX Recruitment are working with a well-established organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Operations Trainee. You'll need to work in the London office at least 3 days a week. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on experience and working towards a recognised qualification (ACCA, CIMA or ACA). No extensive experience is required — just a strong academic background; you’ll potentially be a graduate, be able to display a genuine interest in finance, and a willingness to learn.
The Role
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Month-end processes and reconciliations
- Financial controls and reporting support
- Invoice processing and payment runs
- Query resolution and mailbox management
- Credit control support during busy periods
You’ll also receive structured training, mentoring, and exposure to senior finance professionals, with increasing responsibility as you develop.
