Key duties include
- Full scope HR administrative role, providing generalist support to a dynamic business group.
- Ensuring policy and process are all up to date and well publicised throughout the business.
- Process of starters/leaver documentation.
- Overseeing all sickness and absence monitoring and associated documentation.
- Opportunity to be involved in low level ER queries.
