Description: Our client based in Hertford are looking for a temporary Purchase ledger clerk to join their finance department.
The right person, will have core accounting skills of around 12-18 months experience and happy to commit for an initial 3-month period.
The role could become permanent for the right candidate.
The main duties will be: Support the wider Accounts Payable team where necessary.
Matching invoices and PO’s, resolving supplier queries, requesting missing invoices, Statement reconciliations.
Company credit card administration, including collating and coding receipts, Posting transactions and overseeing project / departmental credit cards.
Support the wider finance team with any ad hoc duties.
All other duties appropriate to the role The role offers flexibility and hybrid working once you have completed handover period.
