  • Head of Estates & Facilities
  • Based in Warrington (Need to be able to travel to various sites)

Our client is a multi site fast growing business which currently has 8 locations across England and has plans in the near future to further grow and acquire other sites.

The role is NOT a traditional maintenance manager, but more systems and strategy focused.

  • Lead the development and ongoing refresh of site & estates strategy,
  • Translate condition surveys, lifecycle analyses and PPM schedules into a clear, prioritised action plan – one the MD and Board can understand and fund with confidence.
  • Commission specialist consultants – fire strategy engineers, M&E designers, structural surveyors and others – and manage them to deliver work that is technically sound and practically useful.
  • Act as an informed, capable client: brief consultants clearly, review their outputs critically and hold them to account for quality and relevance.
  • Progress the next phases of the current estates programme with our appointed specialist consultants – enhancement strategies and longer-term development schemes aligned with each sites model of care – building on the condition survey foundation already in place.
  • As the business accuires more sites then lead the estates due diligence process and commission equivalent condition surveys and PPM programmes on new acquisitions where appropriate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estates, facilities or building services manager who has experience working across a multi-site portfolio, with accountability for compliance, maintenance and capital investment.

Technical working knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems: heating, ventilation, electrical distribution, and fire and life safety systems.
