Key duties include

  • Full scope HR administrative role, providing generalist support to a dynamic business group.
  • Ensuring policy and process are all up to date and well publicised throughout the business.
  • Process of starters/leaver documentation.
  • Overseeing all sickness and absence monitoring and associated documentation.
  • Opportunity to be involved in low level ER queries.
