We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused Yard Coordinator to manage processes, maintain high housekeeping standards, and support general yard operations across multiple sites. This role involves working outdoors, supporting several departments, and using FLT equipment safely and effectively.
Shift: Monday – Friday
Location: Across 4 sites
Key Responsibilities
- Waste Management: Collate waste materials and prepare them for safe disposal.
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean, tidy, and well-organised yard areas at all times. Ensure housekeeping meets the highest standards to provide a safe working environment.
- Product Organising: Identify and segregate surplus products. Assist with occasional stocktakes.
- General Responsibilities: Work closely with the Health & Safety, Facilities, and Management teams. Carry out any other duties required to support yard operations. Always operate in line with company safety procedures and guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
- FLT Counterbalance Licence – essential
- Full, Clean Driving Licence
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and across multiple sites
