Location: Tamworth
Hours of Work: Mon-Thurs 16:30-3:00 & every fourth Fri 16:30-1:00 (42 hrs per week)
Reports To: Site Manager or Production Manager
Job Purpose: Drive team performance through safe working practices and process adherence to achieve desired business production targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensuring all employees are following business H&S rules and guidelines.
- Ensuring discipline is always maintained on the manufacturing floor.
- Communication with team via daily briefs.
- Performance review with all team members ensuring that employees are fully aware of how they and the team are performing against production targets.
- Sign off all training records to ensure employees are fully competent in tasks they are being asked to perform.
- Ensure all production targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Ensure staff resource levels are where they need to be daily.
- Ensure product is manufactured to the correct product quality standards, as per ISO 9001:2015.
- Ensure all environmental policies and procedures are fully adhered to, as per ISO 14001:2015.
- Ensure best in class housekeeping standards are maintained or exceeded.
