This role sits at the center of project delivery, leading pre-construction and site development across multiple sites and ensuring designs are buildable, cost-effective, and aligned to aggressive timelines. You will work across real estate, engineering, procurement, and construction to drive projects from site selection through to execution readiness.
What you’ll do:- Lead pre-construction activities from site selection through design development
- Act as the key interface across real estate, design, procurement, and construction teams
- Drive constructability reviews across MEP, civil, and structural designs
- Conduct site due diligence including power, utilities, geotech, and permitting
- Develop budgets, schedules, and cost models through key project milestones
- Manage GC procurement, RFPs, bid analysis, and contractor negotiations
- Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and delivery risks
- Prepare handoff packages for construction execution teams
- 7+ years in construction management on large, complex MEP projects
- 3+ years focused on pre-construction or design phase delivery
- Experience on $50M+ mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and critical systems
- Proven experience developing budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
- Experience in data centers or high-density AI infrastructure
- Knowledge of utility interconnections and high-voltage systems
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IBC, ASHRAE, OSHA
- Experience with liquid cooling or advanced power systems
- Certifications such as PMP, CCM, or PE
- Work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure with high-density compute
