Responsibilities:

• Drive Metrics & Growth: Own key growth metrics (Acquisition, Retention, Engagement) using analytics platforms like Mixpanel and Amplitude; prioritize impactful features with data-driven frameworks.

• Lead Teams & Execute: Mentor cross-functional teams, streamline processes for efficient delivery, and ensure seamless execution of innovative product strategies.

• Enhance UX & Market Impact: Collaborate with UX designers for engaging user experiences; align with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth.

• Proven Experience: 10+ years of product management, ideally a B2B fintech
