The Role
The Senior Sales Executive is an individual contributor position focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to new and existing clients across the EMEA region. The role is accountable for generating new annual recurring revenue (ARR) and will work through both direct sales and partner channels. Success requires close collaboration with marketing, partner teams, customer experience resources, and solution consulting specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close opportunities with new and existing clients, consistently meeting or exceeding ARR quota targets.
- Build and maintain a strong and sustainable pipeline to support long-term revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams during the full pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle to achieve successful client outcomes that lead to strong references.
- Establish and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders across financial services organizations.
- Develop and deepen relationships with strategic partners to expand market reach.
- Align customer business objectives with relevant software solutions through a consultative, value-based approach.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 10 years selling enterprise SaaS into financial services, ideally with a focus on wealth management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Background in small, high-growth, or start-up environments.
- Strong network of contacts across Tier 1 and Tier 2 wealth and financial institutions within EMEA (banks, insurers, advisory networks).
- Proven success influencing senior decision-makers and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Experience designing strategic deals and introducing new technologies or products to market.
- Skilled in major account management, negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and internal teams.
- High-energy, persistent, creative, and able to adapt quickly when needed.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
The position will begin as an independent contractor arrangement until local entity establishment in the UK.
