Littlefish is growing its Microsoft capability in the UK following the 2024 acquisition of Storm Technology in Ireland. Together we deliver across M365, D365, Power Platform and Data & AI, supporting organisations on their digital transformation journey.
At Littlefish, our Data & AI practice helps customers get more from their data — from strategy and governance through to building and delivering solutions on the Microsoft stack. We work across technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
About the role:
We are hiring a Senior Data Consultant to join the team. You’ll work directly with customers to shape their data strategy, advise on governance and architecture, and deliver solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure data services. This role is client-facing and combines technical delivery with consultative engagement.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
- Assess data maturity and recommend practical roadmaps.
- Design and deliver solutions with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows, Notebooks, Power BI).
- Support sales with demos, PoCs, proposals and RFP responses.
- Mentor junior consultants and developers, providing technical leadership.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft-based data solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Strong background in data architecture, modelling, ETL/ELT.
- Useful: Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark; SSRS/SSAS/SSIS; Azure DevOps/Git.
- Previous consulting or pre-sales experience.
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Data certification (e.g. Fabric) preferred.
