The Role
We are looking for a Production Engineer to help develop, improve and maintain manufacturing processes and production lines. You will work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to identify issues, improve efficiency and ensure manufacturing processes operate safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and production lines
- Identify and resolve production issues and inefficiencies
- Introduce improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality Control teams
- Support quality control and ensure products meet required standards
- Identify and report unsafe working practices
- Implement best practice and safety procedures
- Provide technical support and problem-solving across production
- Review machinery, equipment and manufacturing methods to improve performance

- Has strong mechanical, technical and analytical skills
- Has experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Understands manufacturing processes, machinery and quality control
