Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and update health and safety policies in line with local and national regulations
  • Engage with multiple sites to embed safety procedures and policies effectively
  • Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and other safety briefings
  • Organise and deliver training sessions (First Aid, Fire Warden, Manual Handling) to ensure team safety and welfare
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents; develop measures to prevent recurrence
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and test emergency plans and procedures
  • Support HR and managers with occupational health issues
  • Review risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
