Rotating Shifts - 6am 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

We’re hiring Pallet Repair Operatives in Blagrove, West Swindon! This is a hands-on, physical role in a large, busy warehouse. You’ll be working as part of a team to check and repair wooden pallets using tools like drills, hammers, and sanders. Don’t worry – full training is provided!

Job Role:

  • Quality checking pallets
  • Repairing broken/damaged pallets (adding nails, replacing wood, sanding, etc.)
  • Using hand tools & lifting pallets

Requirements:

  • Is physically fit and happy in a hands-on role
  • Doesn’t mind a noisy warehouse environment
  • Wants reliable, ongoing work with the chance to earn more through overtime & bonuses
