We are seeking a lawyer to join our esteemed Web3 team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, knowledge of the Swiss and European regulatory frameworks, and relevant experience in financial market laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Management of day-to-day operations vis‑à ‑vis clients and team members;
Strategic legal consulting for crypto‑related entrepreneurial initiatives;
Legal opinions on the qualification of digital tokens;
Drafting requests for FINMA no‑action letters;
Managing licensing procedures with SROs or FINMA;
Requirements
Master of Laws, Doctorate of Jurisprudence or equivalent academic degree;
5+ years of professional experience in related fields;
Good knowledge of the innovative technology space, specifically blockchain.
Strong English language proficiency and other languages are a plus.
