Role Description
The Digital Talent Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for managing and growing the careers of digital-first talent, including influencers, content creators, and social media personalities. The role involves overseeing day-to-day talent management, including scheduling, contract negotiations, campaign coordination, and relationship building with brands, agencies, and platforms. The Digital Talent Manager will develop individualized growth strategies, identify new opportunities across social and digital channels, and guide talent on brand positioning, audience engagement, and content direction. They will monitor performance metrics, track market trends, and provide regular reporting and feedback to talent and internal stakeholders. The role also includes close collaboration with internal PR, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance, protect talent interests, and deliver high-quality client service.
Qualifications / Skills
- Familiarity with talent/CRM or booking systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, media, or business.
