We’re looking for our new Marketing Specialist! Remote / Hybrid | Full-Time Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

This is more than just a marketing role, it’s a chance to shape the new branding of our company. You’ll create and lead the execution of marketing campaigns, elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You’ll collaborate across teams, from Sales to Product, to bring consistent, compelling messaging to life across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute marketing strategies that support lead generation and brand growth
  • Conduct market and competitor research to shape positioning and messaging
  • Create high-impact content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing collateral
  • Manage and grow company social media channels, ensuring strong engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
  • Optimize the website and digital presence, implementing SEO strategies
  • Plan and support trade shows, events, and promotional activities
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and corporate identity
  • Draft and distribute press releases and product updates
  • Report on campaign performance, offering insights and areas for improvement

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a marketing role with hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with marketing/design tools and data analytics platforms
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience (Marketing or Business preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience with accessibility, self-service technology, or marketing to specialist markets
