Role Snapshot

Ready to lead where creativity, SEO strategy and automation meet? As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll manage a team of five and own our SEO and other services end-to-end - delivering measurable growth for some of the biggest names in US TV & entertainment. You’ll shape our service offering, standardise processes, govern the tool stack and budgets, and use AI-powered workflows to turn insight into impact - on time, on brief, and beyond expectations.

Who You Are

  • Meticulously organised with exceptional time management and attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks.
  • A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box and prioritises a brilliant client experience, even under pressure.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of technical, on-page and content SEO and hands-on with common SEO/analytics tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Lighthouse).
  • Experience managing people, including hiring, training, 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Pro with collaborative workflow tools (Airtable, FigJam) and quick to master new ones.
  • Tech-curious with an aptitude for learning creative and technical processes - comfortable experimenting with AI to streamline and elevate workflows.
  • A clear, confident communicator - concise in writing, credible in the room, and client-calm under fire.
  • A prioritisation pro who delivers to deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A self-starter with a high work ethic, ownership mindset, and follow-through.

If this sounds like you, you’ll thrive here - we value outcomes, curiosity, and a growth mindset as much as experience.
