Ready to lead where creativity, SEO strategy and automation meet? As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll manage a team of five and own our SEO and other services end-to-end - delivering measurable growth for some of the biggest names in US TV & entertainment. You’ll shape our service offering, standardise processes, govern the tool stack and budgets, and use AI-powered workflows to turn insight into impact - on time, on brief, and beyond expectations.
Who You Are

- Proven end-to-end ownership of technical, on-page and content SEO and hands-on with common SEO/analytics tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Lighthouse).
- Experience managing people, including hiring, training, 1:1s and performance reviews.
- Pro with collaborative workflow tools (Airtable, FigJam) and quick to master new ones.
- Tech-curious with an aptitude for learning creative and technical processes - comfortable experimenting with AI to streamline and elevate workflows.
- A clear, confident communicator - concise in writing, credible in the room, and client-calm under fire.
- A prioritisation pro who delivers to deadlines without compromising quality.

What You’ll Make Happen
- Lead and grow a team of five across SEO, editorial content, digital programming and analytics.
- Own SEO strategy end-to-end (technical, on-page, content and measurement) and ensure best practice is embedded across clients’ websites.
- Be accountable for delivery quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
- Own analytics and reporting (KPIs, dashboards, reports, insight cadence).
- Evolve and package our services; support proposals and pricing.
- Manage budgets and utilisation for our services.
- Build and document scalable processes, SOPs and training across the team.
