The role involves leading key client partnerships across Storm's most valuable accounts and client portfolios. You will be responsible for retaining and growing these strategic relationships, developing complex statements of work, maximising revenue and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
This is a senior account leadership role, where you will create strategies that drive long-term client success and maximise client value. You will lead the scoping of large, technically complex projects and programmes, becoming a main point of contact and confidence for our most senior clients.
You will work closely with our project management office, who is responsible for project delivery. Close collaboration with our business development team is also key, to proactively identify and drive forward new opportunities within your existing client base and involvement in new business proposals and pitches.
The role will see you managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts, owning these strategic relationships and driving significant growth through innovative websites, digital platforms and services, data and AI solutions and emerging technologies.

You will have substantial experience working in a senior client services-based role (5 years+), with a proven track record of managing large client accounts and portfolios. You may also have experience in a Consultant or Product Owner based role. You will have demonstrable success in building and maintaining excellent client relationships at a strategic level, driving revenue growth and overseeing complex digital transformation projects.
You will need extensive understanding of digital services, data and AI, and a keen interest in emerging technologies and platforms. Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members is essential. You will excel at strategic communication, driving forward complex initiatives, generating significant revenue, identifying opportunities for growth across client portfolios, and managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously. You will be financially astute with excellent commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail.

As a Senior Client Partner, reporting to our Head of Client Partnerships, you will be instrumental in leading strategic client relationships, driving significant revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty. From day one, you will be empowered to take ownership and contribute to key responsibilities, including:
- Leading and managing Storm's most valuable client accounts and portfolios
- Creating and executing strategies that drive long-term client success and maximise client value
- Leading the scoping of large, complex projects and programmes, creating detailed Statements of Work and securing client sign-off
- Overseeing successful delivery of projects and programmes, proactively resolving issues and mentoring others in issue resolution
- Managing revenue across your client portfolio and developing strategies to maximise client value
- Ensuring contracts are in place for all projects and retainers across your accounts
- Successfully selling Storm's full range of services to clients, demonstrating deep understanding of our capabilities
- Proactively identifying opportunities for business development within existing contracts and collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions
- Mentoring and supporting members of the client team in relationship management and delivery
- Using AI to augment your work and drive efficiency across client engagements
