The role
As Client Partner at Storm ID, you will be responsible for proactively developing and growing client partnerships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction with the clients you work with.
You will lead the scoping of projects, oversee successful delivery, manage revenue and ensure value for your clients.
You’ll join an experienced team whose sense of innovation can support our clients.
You will work closely with our project management office, responsible for project delivery, as well as the business development team for support in identifying and driving forward new opportunities.
About you

The role will see you working with a selection of clients on innovative websites and digital platforms and services, owning the relationship to strategically drive growth of your accounts.
You will have experience working in an account management / client partner role with proven success in building excellent client relationships.
You may already be working at a senior account manager level or be ready to take the next step in your career.
You will need to have a solid understanding of digital services and be interested in emerging technologies and platforms.
You will have experience in communicating with people, driving forward strategic initiatives, generating revenue, identifying opportunities for growth, multi‑tasking, be financially aware, with a good head for numbers and a keen eye for detail.
You’ll also need to have
- Experience of successfully maintaining and growing digital client accounts.
- Experience with technical projects e. g. websites, web applications, data and AI projects and M365 / low code solutions.
- Effective communication skills - to get on well with everyone.
- Enthusiasm and motivation - to love a challenge.
- Experience writing statements of work, bids and proposals.
- The ability to organise your workload, prioritising tasks and maintaining an excellent level of detail.
- Demonstrable passion about digital and tech.

What you’ll do
As a Client Partner, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
From day one, you'll be empowered to take ownership and contribute to key responsibilities, including:
- Building, maintaining and retaining partnerships with key clients.
- Leading project scoping, creating Statements of Work and securing client sign-off.
- Overseeing successful project delivery, proactively addressing any challenges.
- Managing revenue and developing strategies to maximise client value.
- Ensuring contracts are in place for all projects and retainers.
- Understanding our full range of services and proactively identifying opportunities to expand client engagements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
