We believe in tailored solutions, assembling expert teams to address each client's unique needs. Our services span strategy, design, technology and data & AI, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of platforms, products and services with real-world impact.
What sets us apart is our commitment to long-lasting, data-driven, user-centred change. We enjoy close collaboration between our teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from discovery to design to delivery. We recognise the crucial link between digital and data, creating intelligent services that leverage both. We work with a range of clients across the Scottish and UK public and private sectors.
The role involves leading key client partnerships across Storm's most valuable accounts and client portfolios. You will be responsible for retaining and growing these strategic relationships, developing complex statements of work, maximising revenue and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty. This is a senior account leadership role, where you'll create strategies that drive long-term client success and maximise client value. You'll lead the scoping of large, technically complex projects and programmes, becoming a main point of contact and confidence for our most senior clients.
You will work closely with our project management office, who is responsible for project delivery. Close collaboration with our business development team is also key, to proactively identify and drive forward new opportunities within your existing client base and involvement in new business proposals and pitches. The role will see you managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts, owning these strategic relationships and driving significant growth through innovative websites, digital platforms and services, data and AI solutions and emerging technologies.
We know that many professionals will come from a variety of backgrounds, and we encourage and value people who bring unique perspectives and knowledge to our team. You will have substantial experience working in a senior client services-based role (5 years+), with a proven track record of managing large client accounts and portfolios. You may also have experience in a Consultant or Product Owner based role. You will have demonstrable success in building and maintaining excellent client relationships at a strategic level, driving revenue growth and overseeing complex digital transformation projects.
You will need extensive understanding of digital services, data and AI, and a keen interest in emerging technologies and platforms. Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members is essential. You will excel at strategic communication, driving forward complex initiatives, generating significant revenue, identifying opportunities for growth across client portfolios, and managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously. You will be financially astute with excellent commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
As a Senior Client Partner, reporting to our Head of Client Partnerships, you will be instrumental in leading strategic client relationships, driving significant revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty. From day one, you'll be empowered to take ownership and contribute to key responsibilities, including:
- Leading and managing Storm's most valuable client accounts and portfolios
- Creating and executing strategies that drive long-term client success and maximise client value
- Leading the scoping of large, complex projects and programmes, creating detailed Statements of Work and securing client sign-off
