About the role
We're looking for a skilled and adaptable Agile Delivery Manager to support the delivery of high-quality digital services within a health sector client team. You'll be embedded directly into the client's environment, working alongside an existing delivery team as Storm’s on-site representative. This role requires flexibility in process implementation rather than strict enforcement of a framework.
What you'll do
- Build and sustain high-performing teams, keeping people motivated, collaborating well, and working effectively together, especially through moments of change or pressure.
- Drive focus on what matters most, helping the team stay aligned to the most valuable outcomes and cut through noise and competing priorities.
- Champion continuous improvement by encouraging a culture of learning and iteration, facilitating retrospectives, surfacing blockers early, and embedding improvement into the team’s rhythm.
- Create and adapt ways of working, drawing from Agile and Lean practices to shape processes that are genuinely effective, coaching team members along the way.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery, working with other teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, align on shared work, and keep complex delivery moving smoothly.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in an agile environment.
- Deep, practical knowledge of Agile and Lean practices and how to apply them well.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build trust, resolve conflict, and keep teams energized.
- A talent for coaching and facilitating without micromanaging.
- Comfortable coordinating delivery across multiple teams or workstreams.
- At ease working in ambiguity, shaping structure where it doesn't yet exist.
- Experience working in a team that builds platform solutions is a real plus.
