Storm ID Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior User Researcher to support user-centered design and transformation work for a Scottish public body. You will lead primary research across Discovery and Develop phases, shaping how services are reviewed, designed and improved to meet user needs.
You will deliver research for reviews, test prototypes with users, and later lead Discovery research for ongoing live services, collaborating with the UCD and Innovation teams to uphold Scottish Government
