About you

What you'll do
- Support the highly iterative design of user interfaces for websites, digital products and services across different devices.
- Create prototypes and design concepts under the guidance of senior designers.
- Collaborate with User Researchers and Content Designers to understand user needs and help translate insights into clear design solutions.
- Work with Frontāend Developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
- Contribute to design systems, component and pattern libraries for clients and internal projects.
- Participate in design critiques, standāups and project ceremonies, sharing your work and learning from others.
- Learn and apply accessibility and inclusive design principles in your work, with support from the wider team.
- Keep learning about design, tools and best practice ā and share what you learn with the team.
