THE ROLE
We\’re looking for someone who brings great energy and genuinely enjoys looking after guests. You\’ll be serving food and drinks, taking orders, and helping create the warm, premium experience we\’re known for.

WHAT YOU\’LL BE DOING

• Welcoming guests and looking after them throughout their meal
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Knowing the menu well enough to speak confidently about dishes
• Handling allergen questions with care
• Keeping your section running smoothly during busy moments
• Taking payments and keeping bills accurate
• Setting tables and keeping the restaurant looking sharp
• Supporting the team whenever needed
• Following all food safety and H&S standards

• Previous restaurant service experience
• Confident, friendly communicator
• Someone calm under pressure
• A team player with a positive vibe
• Evening and weekend availability
• Smart, presentable appearance
• Right to work in the UK

• Experience in premium or fine-dining environments
• Wine or beverage knowledge
• Interest in Pan-African/Caribbean cuisine
• Lightspeed POS experience

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
