We are a friendly customer based independent store and we are dedicated to helping parents find the perfect products for their growing families. From prams and pushchairs to car seats, we pride ourselves on expert advice and outstanding service.
Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable Sales Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with product choices and ensuring the shop runs smoothly day-to-day. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and will be able to develop skills within a family friendly environment, contributing to the overall success of our store.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with choosing prams, pushchairs and other baby products
- Demonstrating how products work and explaining features
- Handling payments and operating the till
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well stocked
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced manner in busier periods
Experience in a sales or retail role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
