About the role
Every product we sell, from photo books to calendars to canvases, is defined in our product model and catalogue. It sits under almost everything we do, and we are reshaping it as we move our ecommerce platform towards proven, bought capabilities. You will lead that work. Your customers are internal: the engineers, systems and teams who launch and sell our products every day. This is a platform role with real scope and real complexity, and we will be upfront about both.
How you embrace curiosity daily
- You own the roadmap for our product model, catalogue and platform capabilities, from first idea to measured impact.
- You untangle a grown, multi-brand landscape and turn it into something simple and self-service.
- You help shape what we buy, what we build and what we retire, with clear numbers behind each call.
- You work closely with engineers on trade-offs, and with product operations, marketing and production as true customers.
- You push back constructively when a one-off request should be a reusable capability.
- You use AI tools in your own workflow and across the product cycle, and you are curious about where they help and where they do not.
How you make your mark
- Teams launch new products faster, with fewer tickets and less manual work.
- You build a roadmap that balances platform health, delivery and commercial value.
- You bring people along the journey early, so nobody works in isolation.
- You turn deep system decisions into outcomes the business can see.
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally on platform or shared-service products.
- Experience with an ecommerce platform migration, ideally buy-led.
- Comfort with data models, APIs and integrations, and credibility with engineers.
- Strong data skills and a habit of making trade-offs visible with numbers.
- A bias for action, clear communication, and ease with ambiguity.
- Practical AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own work and know where they help and where they fail.
What sets you apart
- Product catalogue or PIM experience at scale.
- Exposure to personalised or configurable products.
- Experience evaluating commerce platforms or vendors.
- A background in photo, print or creative tools.
