About the role

You will join us as a key driver of our Physical Product Roadmap. This role is about more than just managing tasks. You will work across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Care to ensure our most important strategic programs stay on track. By setting the standards for how we work, you help the entire business move faster and more effectively. Your work has a direct impact on how we deliver memories to our customers. You will partner with leaders across the group to mature our project management capabilities and handle complex dependencies. You are the glue that holds cross‑functional initiatives together, ensuring every department is aligned and moving toward the same ambitious goals.

How you embrace curiosity daily

  • Lead the full project life cycle from the first idea through to final execution and review.
  • Find new ways to coordinate work across different teams to manage dependencies and keep things moving.
  • Build and maintain a clear reporting framework so everyone has the information they need to make good decisions.
  • Look deep into project data to create progress reports and requirements documentation for your stakeholders.
  • Own the resource management and budgeting for each project to keep our plans realistic and effective.
  • Define and embed best practices and new templates to help our project management capability grow.
  • Ask the right questions during retrospectives to help us learn from every project we complete.

  • Deliver high value outcomes by leading multiple projects simultaneously across the group.
  • Foster seamless collaboration between workstreams so every team feels connected to the bigger picture.
  • Champion project governance to ensure we always meet our high standards and ethical choices.

What you bring to the team

  • At least three years of experience leading strategic initiatives and complex projects.
  • Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles within a large or scaling business.
  • Strong skills in managing budgets and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • A track record of managing stakeholders at both executive and operational levels.
  • Experience identifying and mitigating high‑impact risks in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering clear proposals and technical documentation.
