About the role

We are looking for an adaptable and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join us for a 9 month fixed term contract. You will sit within our collaborative talent acquisition team alongside our Talent Lead and Talent Specialist. Together, you will drive recruitment across multiple business functions during an exciting transitional period, ensuring we secure the right talent to deliver on our critical strategic initiatives.

As a true partner to the business, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across all corporate and operational domains, including supporting our Product & Technology domain. You will embed yourself as a trusted advisor, using data driven insights to guide hiring managers and deliver an exceptional candidate journey. Your work will directly impact our growth and help shape the teams that build our future.

How you embrace curiosity daily:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all business functions including sourcing, selection, screening, and pre qualifying applicants.
  • Identify and attract passive top tier talent through direct targeting, industry networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand cross functional hiring needs.
  • Use AI driven tools and modern recruitment technologies to optimise your workflows and simplify administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high data integrity within our applicant tracking system and support employer branding initiatives when needed.
  • Assist the broader talent team with extra recruitment projects related to our annual strategic goals.

  • Secure high calibre talent to deliver on critical business initiatives during a key transitional period.
  • Embed yourself as a trusted advisor, using recruitment metrics and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent pools and realistic timelines.
  • Improve and implement effective recruitment strategies, advising on the best routes to market and media channels.
  • Ensure a seamless, engaging, and excellent candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage.
  • Create talent pipelines simultaneously across diverse business domains by staying adaptable to changing priorities.

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven track record as an in-house recruiter or within a reputable agency managing full lifecycle recruitment.
  • Experience recruiting specifically within the technology and product domains.
  • Ability to switch between different business domains and manage diverse talent pipelines at the same time.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to partner with and influence hiring managers.
  • Advanced direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities to identify and engage high quality candidates.
  • Ability to use recruitment data to inform decisions and report on pipeline health.
