You will shape the future of our Finance and Operations teams. This role puts you at the heart of our people strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while handling the day to day operational needs that keep our business moving. - Experience using HRIS and performance tools like Workday, Lattice, or Peakon.
- A practical and hands on approach to solving problems.
- The ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
