The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of our service team, ensuring every guest enjoys exceptional hospitality. From serving food and drinks with flair to maintaining a welcoming environment, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our customers.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring quality presentation and timely delivery
- Handle tills and manage cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness: clear tables, store cutlery/glassware, and follow hygiene standards
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
